 Wealth can actually make you more miserable, because you have more worries about the safety of your possesions and other things. One thing that would make you happy in life is when you don't hold a grudge against anyone whosoever and to be honest in evrything you say -or do. Helping your fellow man would also make you happier when you see the results. |

 I stay away from fast foods. These are sometimes prepared with oils that was used over and over, which make it actually poisonous and carcinogenic and you also don't know precisely what is really included in the food you eat.  Your body is trying to fight of inflammation, but gets hindered by something. It may be your diet. Try to eat more healthy and go for a detox program if you can. Drink lots of water. Some more exercise will also equip your body to better fight against inflammation.

Soy beans? This is one vegetable that causes a lot of problems, like cancer, especially amongst women, but as it is considered healthy food, when cancer develops, all sorts of other things are blamed. It might be because of all the genetic manipulation. Who knows? Maybe the geneticists knows, but are making too much money to spill the 'beans'.

 I would say it is to make use of every moment of your life and use your talents to the fullest. Helping others in life is also good living, but it would help if you ask a few people who are in wheelchairs, or paralyzed, or blind, or terminally ill and fing out what they think. There is still a seperation between clean and unclean foods. It was not done away with.
