Hi All, although I don't have too many stresses in my life at the moment I do find that if something comes up that I find stressful the stress can be very intense ad makes me feel ill sometimes. Any tips for combatting stress? I find exercise helps sometimes (especially boxing) any other ideas?

to combat stress, i play badminton. after office, i go to the sports center to play with anyone there whom i have known during my constant visits to the center. i feel satisfied with the sweat i get from running and hitting the shuttlecock. most of all, i enjoy our laughs during our games. we laugh from our mistakes and we laugh about how we play. i am playing with the high school students from the public school there. they usually have their practice every afternoon and i am happy that they like to play with someone my age.

We all have the power to choose what we deem important in our lives. If you have too much stress, maybe you are placing too much importance on something. After all, can it be more important than your health??

Sport is the best stressbuster. It helps to work out all the side effects of stress on your body, like tensed muscles. Lots of impurities are secreted through the sweat , so it's also a great way to detox. Another thing to bust stress is laughing. If comedies make you laugh then they may be the answer.
