You could try hydrogen peroxide. Use a liberal amount so it will seep into the crevices and get to the trapped source(s) of the smell.

Interesting articles. I'm not against foreign troops training here as long as they are from Allie countries. We already train them on their own soil. That said, it really doesn't make a difference to me - except if it costs more to do so. But on the other hand, expanding "our" policing force with the help of others isn't all that bad an idea.
