Rella @birjudanak In China, almost people will sleep at noon. I think only after a rest at noon can we be energetic in the afternoon.

Rella Thank you! While I think it depends. If I am in a good condition, pretty thoughts may help me, but if I am in a bad one, I cannot fall asleep at all.
