Here's a real easy for ya. Use Ketchup as the base, about 2 cups. Add about 2-3 tbls. of worcestershire sauce, about 2 tsps. of mustard, and some brown sugar ( about 4 tbls.) Just mix it together and cook on or in whatever you like. This also makes great sauce to add to cooked hamburger meat for sloppy joes. Hope you like it!

I love my stainless! The trick to getting things not to stick in stainless pans is to get them good and hot before you put the food in. As for the nonstick, well I like the idea but the black nonstick stuff always ends up chipping and peeling. I've thrown away many many pots and pans because of this.
