NYRican I did the same thing before I got the wii, I used the zumba videos I found on youtube, they have so many great videos for exercise. I also really liked the tai chi videos they are very relaxing.

NYRican Well hopefully they too will learn to like and eat them when they grow up also. I prepare veggies in the food processor and cook them in the food. I would just like to not have to do that any longer, but I guess for now I will have to.

NYRican Yes it is, I think it is way more fun to just throw yourself in there. The first time I tried it I did 2 sessions also, it's like you don't want to stop playing. Cause that's exactly what it feels like, your playing and not working out.
