Alexandra I struggle with anxiety too, meditation has really helped me to get it a little more under control :) Try it out, you'll see a difference.

Alexandra Thank you for your response! Drinking water is fine! Its my skin is allergic to the water so I'm still able to consume it, My hands never itch after washing, however if the water gets too far up my arm then that will start to itch! It can be hard to deal with...

Alexandra I agree it is very hard and takes a lot of willpower to get into the routine of this. Just be aware that slip ups are fine, just continue regardless and try to get back on track as quickly as possible!

Alexandra I usual do some pampering! I put on a face mask, pour myself a glass of wine and read. I also meditate which helps a lot!
