Is feminism still needed in modern day?

I personally am a feminist, I believe women and men should be equal! I think men's issues should be talked about a lot more then they are, they are victims of sexism too! I also think there is still a lot of work to do to towards sexism against females as well.
What are your thoughts?
Do you think feminism isn't needed anymore?
Do you think men need more help with their issues?
Do you think that feminism is a good thing that is changing the world for the better?

I think feminism is definitly needed. Just read an article about how boys behave in the schoolyard. metoo never made it there :-/
I did go in a 8. March parade last year but felt very out of place, so this year I'll go riding instead. I like people but I'm not that fond of crowds, especially not screaming crowds.
