MysD Repeated topics are deleted. We can all go and respond on the first one and turn it into one quality discussion. Makes more sense (and cents too) because it was the first it was not a repeat.

MysD That discussion has incorrct information. A passage is missing I can only guess that it has to do with revenue. Advertisisers will not be happy to return to a site that is filled with hundreds of similar topics. I don't make the rules but...
