what do you do to forget someone?

what do you do to forget someone who has hurt you a lot? who caused you pain? who made you believe on something but you later found out it was just a lie? any suggestions? thank you.

babuy_pigLet well..you have to forgive him/her first..you can't forget someone who has hurt you right away..it takes time to heal right? and it takes time to forget..;)
