cristik Hello ..First of all I don`t think that seafood and fruits have enough iron that you need.Iron exist a lot in the liver-any kind,and in bloodred fruits and vegetables:red beetroot-you may eat it raw or boiled with vinegar and salt:cranberries and blueberries...
