Hope @DianneN I became a wise eater because I got sick and could not stand the pain anymore. I was told to change my diet and walk a lot and that was 12 years ago. That's life!

Neon Good post. Everyone is facing this kind of disease nowadays. It is hard to maintain, but it is necessary to do it. Everyone should be careful about cholesterol too. As it also increases heart attack risk.
