 I also had a C section. I was also worried to reduce my extra weight. I asked my doctor and she told walking is the best exercise at this time. I followed her instruction, started walking after 30/35 days of my C section and could able to reduce weight. |

Yes you are absolutely right. fasting sometimes is good for health. We do fasting in different occasions. These are like customs to fast for praying GOD. But there is a scientific fact behind it. |

 Well. once I read an article by one famous doctor. He had written that children started to lie from the age of 7 months. As all of us know, small kids used to cry without any reason, when we go to them or hold them, they stop crying. It is because they need our attention.
Kids at the age 4/5 yrs dont lie intentionally.It is not a serious thing to worry about. But yes we should take care of ... |

Ya same here. Mainly I feel sleepy after lunch, afternoon. But I try to avoid, coz if I sleep for 1 hour then I cant sleep properly in night. And the next day becomes drowsy for me. I used to fold cloths/press them, clean cupboard etc to avoid my afternoon sleep:) |

 No I dont think students are learning more now a days....actually the thing is, the technology is developing so fast that those things are keeping them busy. In our time there was no video games, laptops,PSP etc...After completing our homework we had enough time to play...now a days every kid has a computer/laptop, video game, even mobile for teenage kids, PSP....so after study they r busy with... |

I agree with you..I like mylot more, This is so so good to be here...I feel bad because I can not get more time to be here...quite busy in my household work/ kid etc. But whenever I get time I open this site. I don't like Facebook at all, even before using mylot. I dont understand why people post about their updates like going for vacation, competing 5 yrs at a job et... |
