I did not have sex yet, but I know average time is 8 to 10 minutes for normal poeple without any medicines like Viagra and blah blah . Foreplay is more important than intercourse because some lady don't get satisfied with just 8 to 10 minutes, so longer foreplay is enjoyable to both.

When I am depressed I try to stay alone and cry a lot it makes me feel little lighter, I talk to my best friend because she always makes me laugh which I feel good during that condition, apart from that I play my guitar the most senti tunes (It is weird but I feel good)
