What would cause hives every evening around the same time?

About two weeks ago my husband started getting hives around 5 or 6 in the evening. At first he thought it was the new brand of shower soap we had, so he asked me to buy his usual brand. He was getting puffy, itchy bumps all over...

mariedoc I have been having hives break out on me every July-Oct. for 20 years....ever since we moved here. We live off the main road where there is a lot of vegetation. I have eliminated all food. I do not change my diet year round. I do not take medication....
