I sleep for about 6 to 7 hours. Sometime I also do take power nap of about 10 minutes after I get back from work. For adults I feel its enough to get refreshed provided one gets good sleep.

I'm all for nuts-pun unintended:) I also like cashew nuts the most, then pista, almonds and it goes on. But I don't like peanuts much.

It does not work either for me too. Inspite of registering in DND I do still get calls and messages too. Wish if any of your responder could give some tip how to take some action against it.

I used to wear sunscreen but not now. The reason is that no matter what I choose greasy or non greasy I always end up looking like a mirror(shiny) which I don't like it. Inspite of knowing it is good to use sunscreen before going out in the sun, I don''t use it anymore.

I would rather sit in front of a TV than a computer or labtop. Usually I like to wind up in front of TV with no thoughts of work and TV relates to it more remotely. May be I shall learn to wind up in front of labtop sooner after reading your responses.

Usually I'm in bed by 11 -11.30 at night and dinner by 9o'clock. But if I go out with friends who are not early birds like me, dinner is late, so as my bed time. I don't like it either as it changes all my daily schedule.

Presently I'm staying in a city for work but I'm basically from a small town. I would like to live in a smaller town than city after my retirement. It's not only the air but the whole environment that allures me to small town.

look there you are, like to get tanned. But I keep cribbing all the time that I get tanned easily whenever I go out in the sun and I don't like it at all. Given a choice I would prefer fairer skin colour anytime.

How can one copy and paste if one has not crossed 500 postings? Just the other day I had written everything before I sign in. I tried to copy and paste after I logged in but categorically instructed that I cannot do so as I don't have the previledge. Really sad to know that there are cheaters here too. Take a break, man.

I don't know how to use chopsticks even though I have been thinking of learning to use it. It is always fascinating to see somebody eating with chopsticks. i need willpower and a tutor to teach me.
