There are many was to keep your kidneys functioning normally which includes drinking lots of water and eating lots of fresh vegetables!!! Never ever use any over-the-counter drugs that claims to help keep you healthy because truth be told they don't work and even if they do they cause some kind of harm to your body in the long run!!
