When I feel stressed I start to write lists. I also put aside 10 minutes a day for meditation to de-stress. It really works.

s sivasubrahmanyam for me, the perfect weekend is Saturday as I take my children for eating out. They enjoy it. and we too when they start ordering varieties.

Bobbie_furr I hate roaches. But my ultimate fear is Trypophobia. I can't even look at it. Those spreading posts and feeds about holes in the skin creeps me badly. lol

I sometimes wonder how much more productive my life would be without screen time. Internet, computers, smartphones and Netflix included in screen time. Life is definately easier with technology. But does it make us happy?

scheng1 I have to work with computer. I cannot imagine work without computer. But when it comes to personal life, I prefer to have very limited contact with computer. The best holiday is always the ones without any internet.

Mass_Sonu @ncwdianne Not the most interesting, but this comes to mind - At a Zoological park in a city nearby, two chimpanzees escaped, and feeling bored outside, again reentered their enclosure within a few minutes, all by their own.
