I gotta ask you guys, i mean, i sleep for about 2-3 hours by the afternoon and then since i am a teenager, i really love staying up kinda late at night since i am not yet that sleepy, and i am about to sleep right now, haha, but...

nimitbt doing all this stuff may make u unhappy in future which may cause complications in life. but stopping it slowly is good thing but sudden stop to the activities may affect u.
