I have change my avatar....

Hello,marie2373,honestly ,I also noticed that someone get the same avatar with you,it is embarassing if someone make a mistake and send a wrong message to that member who get same avatar with you. I think this one is better than the star, this one is special as it is a dynamic. It is attractive. I have not changed my avatar and I do not think someone will mine. Good luck

Oh, I didn't notice that another user have the same avatar as yours. I've seen two others that are the same as my friends. It can be pretty confusing thinking of a new avatar. That's why I decided to use my own bunny. Although, a friend told me that my avatar was used on another site. Like it was spread all over the internet. Even all my other bunny pictures was copied too. Hmmm, I think I will wait and see what your new avatar will do to me. I'm imagining it circling around.

I had an avatar that someone else decided to use. They even asked to be on my friends list. "Friendship Denied" I changed mine. I remember seeing this person who copied yours. It bothers me when this happens.

Well I will not change mine in the first few months... Eitherway it's a bit difficult when your name is Ramones... I can hardly put an AC/DC logo on it, can I ;-) But anyway Marie, the one you have now is hypnotic ! I could sit here and watch it for hours, and than suddenly wake up !!!

If it was a common forum avatar then it could have been a coincidence, I certainly hope nobody steals my Zangetsu avatar =(.

I like this brightly colored avatar you have up. I would like to see you keep it for awhile. There has to be a way to animate it. If you are able to embed the computer coding to animate this avatar, it could be very interesting. You will probably have to embed a watermark or other logo into any picture you use to avoid having it "borrowed".

Marie, I like your new avatar very much. It certainly stands out and can easily be found. I used an avatar made for me by a friend when I first started here at myLot. It had a beautiful pink tulip and it even had "Claudia" written on it. Then I changed it to a sprig of holly around the holidays. Now I've got my water lily, which I'm probably going to stick with for a while. If someone else starts using this one, I may use one of the other ones that my friends have made for me. Of course, I would want it to fit in on my profile page, which is mainly green.

As you know I have changed my avatar numerous times, but always because I fancied a change and not because someone else was using it. This has happened to several people so far, and I have always maintained that the important factor is whether the other member has copied your avatar or simply chosen the same one by accident if it is available on the internet. An innocent duplication is fine, but copying an avatar is seriously bad taste. It is a great pity since your previous avatar was one of the best that I have seen, but at least you have chosen a good replacement.

Well that is the one thing I always want to avoid that is why I always avatars that is mine or I have seen on other site but put some of mine there like may avatar now, I just found it on other site but I edited some things there just to make it more different the before. Well I have change my avatar so many times depends if I found or made something that I really love. I think its best to change it if you have someone similar since it could bring so much disadvantage.

That is so sad that a new user wouldn't respect that you were already using a particular avatar. Seems to me like it would almost be like squatter's rights! If someone else began using the same avatar as me I would be devastated. I guess I would be forced to change it just as you were. But it would really be tragic for me!

i also change my avatar once in a while before. its kinda sad that u have the same avatar with other members here coz sometimes other people might mistook u of him or vice versa and the sense of individuality is gone too. at least ur avatar now looks nice and better too. can i ask i plan to change my avatar now but honestly with the new face of mylot i dont know where to do it. can u tell me how and where we can change it? please help me it would be greatly appreciated if u can share your idea. thanks in advance.

I would change my avatar if I see someone else using the same avatar as mine. There are plenty of choices.... By the way, your avatar did hypnotize me.....hehehe. Did you put hidden massage behind you hypnotize avatar....because I feel so sleepy by keep looking at it...zzzz..

Oh nice to know that u changed your avatar .. but the previous -- was a star one I guess -- it was very nice .. try to get something similar to that one. This is also ok. This is my second avatar .. my first avatar was my own pic -- then all people said that I should not have my own pic in sites so I changed it to angels :)

i have got the same problem i saw another user having same avatar as mine. I thought of changing mine. But not getting a good one. may be i'll try finding some good one and will change. i have never changed mine in mylot.

im glad that my avatar is still mine and luckily, i haven't seen anyone here using it aside from me. anyway, your avatar is cute. it's like a candycane and it's an op-art style. i like it. like hypnotizing.

I really like your avatar it's very eyecatching and bright. I switch my avatar every so often. I usually use a pic of me that I blingee up atblingee dot com) and right now I have one of my drawings as my avatar.

im still new at this. so i haven't change my avatar yet.
