Way back in the mid 70's I saw KISS at Boblo Isle in Detroit/Canada. The Island is in Canada but owned by Michigan. Anyhow KISS wasn't the best part of this concert. the opening act was a young singer/actress named Suzie Quatro. If you've watched Happy Days she played Leather Tuscadaro on the show. I met her before the show started and was invited back stage. I got to meet her band and all the members of KISS. Then she invited me to her brothers house in Grosse Point Farms Michigan. Her brother is/was a big jazz artist. So they had a small jam session in their basement and I left at 7 am the following day. I used to have 2 records and a couple cassette tapes of Suzie Quatro but ended up in financial problems and sold them. To this day I wish I still had them. Thanks for a great memory flashback also. Heres a link to one of her sites today. http://www.ee.surrey.ac.uk/Contrib/music/suzi-quatro/ HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB!!~

I used to love a song that Suzie Quatro sang, called "Stumblin' In". But, I can't remember who sang with her...

The Beach Boys were good and so were the Moody Blues. I never saw 3 Dog Night. I saw Jan and Dean in the early 80's as well as Herman's Hermits. They were both past their peak popularity by then. But they were fun concerts anyway.

I have only been to two concerts for the entirety of my life, I don't like concerts because I hate crowds and it's not my thing. I was invited as a surprise on both times so didn't have a say in the matter. The first was as a teen I went to see Bucks Fizz, you may not of heard of them but they were on at our local theatre, they were very good. The second time was to see Coldplay and I left before the group came on stage! I was so bored and it was so so hot that I got burnt while I was waiting for them to appear on stage. I certainly won't be going to any more concerts in my lifetime.

I remember a few of the concerts I went to as a teen... I saw AC/DC several times (their Back in Black tour was awesome! lol). I also saw Chris deBurgh, Journey, Asia, Bon Jovi (I was a bit older the first time I saw them... but I still go when they come to town!). Live music is a lot of fun!

My first concert was Nazareth-The Hair of the Dog Tour in the early 80s. After that was Def Leppard (twice), REO Speedwagon (twice), Journey, Styx, Quiet Riot, Warrant, Firehouse, Poison, Run DMC, Fuel, KISS, Motley Crue, Hinder, and my FAVORITE all time--Aerosmith (5 times!) I still go to concerts at 40-and LOVE it!!!! Aerosmith is a yearly must. Last year I seen them twice. Both were out of my home state even! PA and MI. I live in Ohio. I do remember 3 Dog Night, but never got to their concerts.

The only concert that I have been to in my entire life was when I was in college in the early 90's. The groups that I saw were Vixen (broke up eventually), Tommy Conwell and the Young Rumblers and Jude Cole. It was not a huge concert but I enjoyed watching all three in performance while in Fort Lauderdale at the time. Vixen was my favorite band back then but they did not stay together very long. I have heard of 3 dog night but do not know anything about them and can not name any of their songs.

My first concert was the Goo Goo Dolls! Haha. Second and third would be good charlotte and New Found Glory. No accounting for taste, of course. ;-)

I wasn't in my teens. It was just a few years ago I saw Elton John and out of the many concerts I have been at his was the best. I have never been to a concert before when the star just played one note on his piano and he got a standing ovation before he even sang the song.

Well for sure I remember Three Dog Night! They were one of my favorites while growing up. Their song, 'Pieces of April' was the theme for my senior prom! I still listen to Three Dog Night to this day! My teens even love their music. I saw no concerts as a teen. I saw my first concert in my twenties, when I went to see Heart.
