In my country the most cheapest and famous instant food i think is instant noodless. I see many instant noodles with many different taste and now a few product of instant noodles has been modified with new taste like pizza, burger chesse or barbeque or added with crispy chips. Because of many different taste it never makes boring for me to sometimes choose instant noodles for my optional instant food. I like to know other country most cheapest and/or famous instant food, let's share about this..

Pretty much any fast food is super cheap. Long live the dollar menu at Wendys! (Although I still haven't gotten around to trying the vanilla frosty!)

Yep ramen noddle would have to be the cheapest for me too. Most fruits and vegetables are fairly low cost here too. TV dinners are pretty cheap too at around 84 cents a piece. Also frozen burritos at 23 cent each. Cheap brand lunch meat is good too. And bread. Lots of options for low budgets here.

After read the response here my guess is that the top Raman noodle is the cheapest food around every where. They will fill you up but will not feed your body’s needs unless you add vegetables to them. They also have MSG which is not good for you. if you eat them all the time. You actually could starve eating just the ramen noodles.

In America where I'm from, all the cheap foods are bad for you. You can go buy a mini bag of chips for 33 cents or anything on the McDonald's value menu for a buck. These kinds of foods keep you full when you're poor, but it will likely shorten your lifespan.

We have this bread called pandesal. They're probably the cheapest filling food you can get here. Although the quality has waned over the years. These days the bread is full of air and made of more yeast than flour. It just goes to show how much our country has fallen that even our basic food is compromised. Sad.

Top Ramen has to be at the top of my list, although the salt content keeps me from eating too often

I think instant noodles is probably the cheapest food in any country:) When i was in the US we used to get ramen noodles for 10 cents each. That was a student haven - the cheapest you can ever imagine. We would embellish it by adding vegetables and stuff coz as it is it tasted pretty bad :)

beware of eating too much instant noodles. these type of food is not healthy. they are supposed to be just fillers like snack foods. always remember that we have to take fresh foods as these are the healthy ones which our body needs. fruits, vegetables, fish and meat must be our regulare fare each day and noodles may be taken on the side, though. instant noodles are cheap, alright. some students who have been having these as their main fare daily, were found to be wanting of vitamins and minerals which can normally be supplied by fruits and vegetables. they have become so sickly and has caused the alarm of some school teachers.
