Convicted killer fears his last moments...

On CNN there is an article about a convicted killer about to be put to death by lethal injection. It talks about how some in the system feel that lethal injection borders on being cruel and unusual punishment. And how the inmate is scared of being in pain in those last few moments in case the procedure goes wrong as has happened to other death row inmates in the past several years. I wonder how much pain and fear the cop he killed felt? This inmate has gotten over 30 extra years on this earth and has been able to say goodbye to his loved ones. And now he whines about being in pain during his last few minutes of life?

too often the victims are forgotten. It is sad the criminals don't think about how they are going to spend their last few minutes on this earth BEFORE they commit the crime.

My point exactly! Here he is whining about his last days but what did his victim get to say?
