We have all heard of Bushisms. They are funny twists of words which though merely accidental mistakes, make the speaker sound like an idiot. They happen to everyone. Here's a few good ones. "If we don't succeed, we run the risk of failure." "A leopard never changes his stripes." "Verbosity leads to unclear, inarticulate things." "I stand by all the misstatements that I've made." They are more along with who said them here. http://www.geocities.com/th3franz/goreisms.html Tell us your favorite Bushisms.

The all popular "Ich bin ein Berliner", a Berliner isn't a citizen of Berlin but a form of pastry from Berlin :P. Another funny one from some British guy I believe it was about the affairs in the middle east: "Why can't thew Jews and Arabs sit around the table and solve their problems as good Christians?".

Both great ones. I'm not looking forward to choosing a best response in a few days. These are all looking good.

This one is my favorite..."And there is distrust in Washington. I am surprised, frankly, at the amount of distrust that exists in this town. And I'm sorry it's the case, and I'll work hard to try to elevate it." --George W. Bush, interview on National Public Radio, Jan. 29, 2007 Elevate it he sure has! LOL I also have to admit I have it DVR'd from a couple weeks ago when he and Laura were dancing with the African band! Everytime I need a great laugh I watch it, it's no wonder it's said white people can't dance! LOL

I have a feeling that dan quayle and bush are somehow related. Dan Quayle: "Welcome to President bush, mrs. bush, and my fellow astronauts." "I have made good judgements in the past, I have made good judgements in the future." "the future will be better tomorrow" "I love California, I practically grew up in Pheonix." "It isn't pollution thats harming the environment, It's the impurities in our air and water that are doing it." and my favorite "I was recently on a tour of Latin America, and the only regret I have was that I didn't study Latin harder in school so I could converse with those people."

Good ones, but as I suspected some are being attributed to more than one source. There is confusion in some cases who said what but it is still all funny. BTW, I'm not accusing you of anything, I'm saying some of our sources are incorrect.
