Hello mylotters, I have to share another discussion again about my dearly Sister. I am just so glad seeing her for once again back home, we we're able to spend time together again in our house for they came visit us home together with her hubby. We just missed her since she got married, she've been away from us for a couple of months now and I just missed her company so much specially when I remember our single times together. Now, i'm just really glad in my heart the reason I can't help it but share it here to my mylotters friends and just hope that this could teach a lesson how truly a sisterly relationship could makes one life joyous and valuable to one's life. How about you friends, do you feel this happy like I felt when seeing your loved ones for once again for long days spanned you haven't got to see them? Please do share your thoughts on this discussion. Thank you all.

Yes, I have a sister who lives in Japan. I live in the USA. We talk once in awhile but to visit in person is always a treat.

I have a twin sister and its hard being so far away from her and her family. We moved to the USA and she lives in New Zealand and its rare that one of us visit each other. We mostly spend our time on email, msn messenger or phone to catch up on the things we both are doing. She is my strength, support, guidance and someone who I look up to every day. I miss her very much!

Yes, I know what you mean. I went to live 250 miles away from my sisters for about 12 years. I would only get to see them now and again and sometimes a year or more would go by when all I would do was talk to them on the telephone. After about 12 years, my work brought me closer to home. I am still about 40 miles away, but it's just a hour's drive and I can be with them.

Thanks for sharing derek_a. This is just really actually me when it comes to my siblings and family, i'm just really have this closeness towards them specially my only elderly sister, because since we're still single before it's just only her and me together everywhere we wanted to go and do things together like shopping in the malls, get some groceries for home and so on and so forth. So, that's why I'm just like this when it comes talking about her so much. :-)

I know what ya mean, I only have my older sister. And I moved 1600 miles away 2 years ago, and have only seen her once since then, when I went back down to visit for a week. We always have such a great time together, and we always talk on the phone, just not quite the same. But, the good news is, she and her hubby are headed up my way, on their vacation, and will be here at our house on Friday, and I'm realy excited, even though they will only be able to stay a couple of days. But can't wait to see her again.
