White tea is supposed to have the most anti-oxidants in it, and since i've drunk 3 cups tonight i'd say i'm well anti-oxidised! Lucky that it's a good thing for my body really!

I grew up on tea, hot and iced. After just drinking commercial quality tea, I was at a farmers market and found green tea, in particular one called imperial gunpowder. Gunpowder tea is the earliest picked green tea, and rolled into the shape of gunpowder pellets they used in chinese gunpowder. If it was picked any earlier it would be white tea not green tea. It must be one of the reasons I am as healthy as I am considering all the other crap I eat.
