I think it is not a good practice to construct laterine inside the house. Some times it creates bad smell inside the room due to drainage problem. So it is better to construct it outside the house.

yes i agreewith keeping latrine inside the house is not a good practice it smeels bad all is right. you know what most of the keralites problem .constipation.60%kerlites suffer from constipation .and do u think keeping your house only smell free is good.people should clean first their body first .The stool if remains in side the body it is good and when it comes outside it became a filthy smelly thing.proper drainage inside the body is needed also like outside.

I prefer to have mine inside the house. As long as it has the proper plumbing installed. If there is a smell, I use a Lysol spray that kills the smell and any bateria. I also have a garbage bag that has a vanilla scent. So when things get placed in there. It leaves a wonderful scent and does not stink up th eroom.

sreenivas u make we laugh. ok think u are preparing for exam studing late night then suddenly u feel to go for toilet but it is raining outside what will u do. i think u have to go then if u cant tolerate the pressure. ok never mind. i am sure that if sufficient water is used it wont smell if this doesnt work then try keeping an odonil in ur bath room. if will remove bad smell.
