With each person it is different, because we all have different metabolisms and body structures, for me, the best and fastest way to lose weight is going to the gym five times a week (I body build so I actually GAIN weight) but if you want to lose weight fast then 45-90 minutes of cv, treadmill, cycling, rowing for example three to five times a week should well achieve the acquire 'fast track' results.

yes, I agree. I have been doing ok so far, as I have lost 2 pants sizes in a month, but I hope I stay on that path and I will try the roing type exercises. thanks good tip +

Eat less and eat healthier. It's that simple. Ditch the McDonalds fries, and the coke. Stay home and make a pot of homemade beef soup. Avoid deserts, but don't swear yourself off of them. A little is fine, because not eating them at all will only result in a crash... nobody has the willpower to -never- eat fattening food ever again. If you're really bad at counting calories, weight watchers or the southbeach diet were designed for you. I personally don't like them though, because they restrain you too much. The Atkins fad is dying, but the diet still works for most people. Just don't complain when your arteries are clogged in thirty years.

that is my problem, I do not eat sweets I always cook at home, but I am having a hard time figuring out which exercises will work for me

i don't know about everyone else since it all depends on one's metabolism. but personally for me, i find that doing Taebo really helps. it's the fastest way to lose weight for me. And at the same time, I try not to eat too much carbo. The thing is with me, i gain and lose weight very fast. I don't know about you though. But generally, exercising is the most important. And by that, I mean lots of cardio workout.

Eat healthy ,excercises,detox,and take vitamines are the healthy way to loose weight. Eat less but more frequent at approximately five to six times a day. It works for me may be you can try it.

A slim person that I am, I find it hard to gain weight no matter how great my intake of food is. I've been eating a lot to gain a few pounds but to no avail.But then on a positive note, at least I have the advantage to eat everything I want without having to worry if I get fat or something. It's actually my purpose and at least I wouldn't have to review the nutrition facts of the food I eat.

When you find out a good, fast way let me know. I have quite a few unwanted pounds and inches I would love to get rid of. The only way I found out how to lose it was about 10 yrs ago. I went to my Dr. and he put me on a 1500/day cal. diet and phentermine. I had to go in every 2 weeks for blood pressure check and weight check. If I lost, I got another 2 weeks of pills. He would only allow me to be on the pill for 3 months, but I lost 30 lbs during that time. I also used slim fast faithfully during this time too. Since then, I have put that weight back on and then some...but have had 2 more kids also. I can never seem to lose my prego weight and it drives me nuts to look the way I do.

I feel one shouldn't try to lose too weight too fast as it can adversely affect one's health like going for crash diets or cosmeitc surgery. I feel one should eat well balanced diet in mdoeration. Eat five small meals instead of three big ones as it increase your metabilic rate. Then do exercises, be lot more active by doing domestic chores like washing clothes, cleaning floor and rooms, dusting, walking as much as possible instead of driving to nearby places. take staris instead of lifts, reduce intake of sugar, salt, fats, oils. and don't eat junk food and cold drinks as it add calories without providing any nutrition and drink plenty water. It will help reduce urge to eat more.

I took diet pills, but this particular brand was not good for me, I was lethargic all the time, had a bad taste in my mouth, lots of phlegm but I lost ten pounds. I was eating healthy as well, but not as much as I should have. By the way, my husband bought the pills for me, but after that I had a lower set point to not weight more than. I do weights though so it would best to use measurements. Diet pills are probably for those who have trouble losing the first five to ten pounds, and are done eating a healthy diet. Because if you get sick, you will have to eat the same food anyway and it is no good eating chips and hamburgers and drinking Coke

Two summers ago, I lost almost twenty pounds in less than a month, by eating nothing but salads. Just be sure to add lots of fresh fruits, and a variety of raw vegetables and tomatos to your salads along with canned beans and walnuts for protein. Don't skip on the shredded cheese and croutons. You'll need to get your calories from somewhere. If you use low fat or low calorie dressings, you'll speed your weight loss even more.

The fastest way to lose weight , i could think of is doing plastic surgery but it is worth it , i can tell you it dosent yea ... Execrise is the best way yea

These work quite well for me. I've stopped eating midnight snacks, and eat a balanced diet (I eat everything including sweets, even mayo, chocolates, etc.,regularly BUT on minimal amount). I eat dinner early now, I think this is important. I eat oatmeal for breakfast. I don't drink sweetened beverages, maybe occasionaly, once a week. However, I do drink lots of water.I found out that eating sweet potatoes, makes me slimmer, so I make sure I eat everyday. Ofcourse, make exercise your daily routine.

i think it is faster to go on atkins but will not have the long term effect everyone wants... best is to combine a good diet and learn when to stop eating.. sometimes cravings must be avoided at all cost. :) and yes, combine it with exercise.

Exercise and eat less! Geesh, I don't think I can be more patient on that. LOL! Well, I used to drink tea and I've noticed really that I've lost weight since all my friends are telling me ( aside from the fact that I can wear those dress that used to not fit ). The best thing I guess is to watch what you eat. Be more conscious to the foods and beverages you eat and EXERCISE! It's the best way to keep yourself fit. It takes patience to lose weight. If it happens in an instant, that would cost too much. (Surgeries, liposuctions and other stuff but still you have to maintain your diet on this right?.) Goodluck friend! ;)
