What's your favorite cake?

i don't know what durian cake has, can you explain to me briefly if you don't mind? thank you :) I love cheese cake too by the way.

Hello LightninStrike, Durian is the king of fruit which can be found abundantly in Asian country. The skin has thorns and one have to have skill to open it up. Not everyone like to durian because of it smell and to some, even the taste is disgusting. For me, it is the most delicious fruit. To make a durian cake, you need to take the flesh and make it a paste. You have to layer the sponge cake and paste the durian on each layer and then mix the cream with durian flesh also. The sponge cake will have durian taste and smell. I dont bake cake so I dont know how to describe the making of durian cake in details. I hope you can understand what I am trying to convey here.
