Exercise makes you look younger and energetic

Regular exercisers have a lower death rate than couch potatoes. Exercise stretches and contracts the mucles and stimulates breathing, lung function and blood circulation giving you more “get up and go”, more enthusiasm, more energy. That feel good factor will make you more effective at work and give you more enjoyment from your leisure time.

Regular excercises like walking .... are ok but excessive excercise in gyms and aerobics are dangerous to our health and muscles. Gym and aerobic excercisers, body will shag like oldones if they stop it.

You're correct walking is the best exercise. I do it as often as I can.

I'm sure that everything you've just said about exercise is true. My problem is not that I need to be convinced of the value of exercise, my problem is that I find exercise so boring that I can barely tolerate it.

I was like you before. I hated exercise but due to my blood pressure shooting up I have no choice but to take some form of exercise. Walking is an exercise you'll not get bored easily. Walking non stop for at least 30 minutes daily will see a great improvement in physical health.

I exercise everyday and I also do kickboxing every other day. So I try to stay fit. :)

I have never tried kikboxing before. I think you need a lot of stemina to embark on this type of exercise.

I do agree with everything that you said here zandi. Our body is amazing, and the most amazing part is that you can "fix" almost every problem it has with the right diet and exercise. The bodie's organs re built themself from begining. They have a unique way of doing that. Exercise and right kind of food is the solution to almost every problem.

I agree with you. doing exercises can be very healthy for you. Your figure will look great, and therefore you will look younger.

This is all very true zandi but unfortunately some of us cannot undertake exercise at the moment cos of health conditions! I would love to do some exercise but because of major back problems I can't and I know I am not the only one in this community to have these type of problems! xxx
