yeah ive boughten some stuff from garage sales especailly if I see any dvds or cds for sale I would buy because there usually at a good price like less then $1.00 per cds I would also buy books if I saw any that I like but I havnt been to a garage sale in a very long time even though I would like to go to some this summer and check out what they have.

I love when I find those kind of deals! I also pick up cheap books at the Hospice store. And buying from there i know it goes to a good cause.

I have to watch myself too. Sometimes they aren't event hat good of a deal or they are something I think someone else would want and when I get home realize it probably isn't something they would want.
Funny to know I am not the only one.

YES, I love going to flea markets and yard sales. I don't get to as many yard sales now as in the past, but the flea market about 30 miles from us is very doable. It is part of our routine to go at least twice a month. We find things we want for such low prices---------sometimes things are marked outrageously high but we just pass it up and go to the next vendor.

yes i love those u never know what u are going to find i have found things there that nobody else has i am glad its summer cause i am hitting them all again happy shopping

Most times I don't get out of the house on Saturdays or Sundays. And, those are the best yard sale days. However, I wish I could, because you can save a serious amount of money buying second hand. Most days I have to buy on clearance or wait till a big sale. However, I have found some wonderful yard sale deals over the years. Now Ebay is my yard sale spot. And I don't even have to go out of the house to buy.

I can't say that I do. I have passed by many on my way to other places and the stuff I saw looked junky so I don't really spend too much time with garage sales.

I really like flea markets and yard sales! There is something about someone else's junk! LOL. I sometimes will look in our local paper to scope out some sales, but not always. I seldom ever get to go to the flea market, but I will go when I can. I was actually thinking of hitting some yard sales up tomorrow since there are going to be quite a few in my area. I guess it depends if me and my son both wake up in time to go!
