anyone a mother of twins? i am a mother of 25 month old twins, and they are a boy and girl.i was wondering if your twins do things at the same time.my twins get sick the same times, fall asllep at the same time and go poop at the same time lol, which i found very odd.even though they are a boy and girl they really think alike, its scary.when we were at the doctors the twins were do for a shot,so the nurse went to give the shot to the boy, even before she poked him with the needle my girl started crying it was really amazing how she felt his pain before he even received it.

I love twins. When I get married hopefully I will have twins but the odds are very slim. I've had friends who are twins and they talk at the same time and do odd things. Which is really cool to see. Good luck with your precious twins.

Oh hopefully god is hearing you. I'm always telling my mom that i'm going to have twin boys and then no more but she laughs and says i'll receive what god gives me. Which is true but I really hope what god gives me are twin boys. LOL have a nice day.

It's cute huh? can you share your twin photos here. I'm going to be a mother this August, i like twin (like you one boy and one girl, it's perfect), so no need to give birth twice. Like 2 in 1. I think you will be busy at this time, at least until they are 2 years old. You can do it because it your kids, so do your best and be the best mother.

I am the mother of identical twin boys. They will be 24 next month. My mother and I were busy watching the boys as they play on the floor with the wooden blocks. One fell backwards and hit his head and the other one cried. They had a language that only they knew. They would talk to one another and nod their head and smile. It was funny to watch them at play.

Well, I am not a mommy of twins... but I have heard of how uncanny that whole twin telepathy thing can be! I have heard stories of twins being separated at birth that still are able to somehow "know" they werent the only baby... feel what the other twin feels etc. Twins just completely and totally amaze me... well, most children do (I have a 27 1/2 month old boy and a 9 month old girl myself) but twins amaze me just a bit more than most kids do! Good luck with your little ones. Bless you for having as much patience as you must have lol. I dont think I would be able to keep my sanity with 2 two year old runnign aroung lol.

i'm not yet a mother but i do have a twin and it's in our blood and in fact in our generation on my grandmother's side (mom of my mom) we do have 5 sets both identical... me and my twin rarely fight especially if we both wanted something that is only good for one but it's ok because in the end we end up me or her will have it...

wow - so your dad was part of a twin? can't imagine having one set of twins not to mention two, so your grandma must have been great to cope with that! I'm thinking she must have had a really supportive husband and family network. my friend recently had one and is going through the usual sleep deprivation. with two, one might start crying after the other finishes and is falling asleep and the parents might be up the whole night! but from what you were sharing, seems like yours sleep the same time and cry the same time, so might have been better. :)

my twin girl does not like to sleep at all.she thinks she is missing out on something.she wont take her afternoon nap,and when we put her to bed at nite, she will take like 2 or 3 hours to fall asleep.she really hates to sleep.on the other hand her twin brother always takes his naps during the day,and goes right to sleep at nite.she just flat out refuses to sleep,no matter what.it drives me nuts.
