I am definitely happily married. I met my husband online, during a time in my life when I was going through a serious crisis and wasn't sure I was going to have a place to live. We'd been talking online for months, so he and his friends (whom I had also talked to online) said "We'll come get you". It sounds like a really stupid decision, but I didn't have many options at the time, and I really trusted him. There are a lot of things I could say about knowing it was forever. When I first moved in with him, I was very ill, and he worked two jobs and took care of me. But actually I really knew it was forever when I got better and started being more independant, and I knew he could accept me both as someone to take care of when I needed it, and as an equal partner. We've been together 8 years now and have a lovely one-year-old son together. =)

My wife & I have been together 36 years and married for 29 years. We're happi;ly married albiet we did have some major problems that we worked through and stayed with each other. I met her when she was 16 and I was 20. I was trying to get an old high school girlfriend to go out with me one last time before she got married. Sick, I know. HAHAHA. Well while at her house my future wife Deb called. Faye said, "Hang on Deb; Bob I have someone for you to talk to." We chatted a bit & exchanged phone numbers. When I got home that evening I called Deb and we talked for many hours. About 5 months later she moved in with me and we've been together ever since. Trust, respect, honor, talking, and friendship are what has kept us together all these years. I never did get Faye to go out with me. I have seen her many times since though and we are all still great friends. HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB !!~

I am very happily married. I met my husband just a week after my ex broke up with me to date my sister. We (my husband and I who at the time both worked at wal-mart) sent to another store to help it clean up its act. We both worked at 2 different stores at the time after we were married which was almost a year after we met, we started working at the same store. If we could go back in time and know what would happen then we would have gotten married the day I had to go back to my store. He was there for one more week. It was a sad day but now I see him everyday so I guess it worked out huh? :)

Well I am not married to my other half but we have been together for 10 years! We met at work and were friends for months before we finally got together and we were always very honest with each other - that is what made me realise how good we were for each other! He accepted and loved my 4 year old son from a previous (abusive) marriage and never lied to me about anything! I think the fact that we could and did talk about everything helped a lot and also that my son loved him made all the difference - we do sometimes argue a lot but heck it makes making up more fun! xxxx

I met my husband at work. We were both transfered to the same conveintant store within a week of each other. He was the store manager & I was the assistant. We became friends outside of work thorough some mutual friends and 2 years later we started dating. I believe I married my best friend. We only fight over money. But some how we always work it out. I guess our reason is because we were good friends to begin with. Never no if this is forever. Just enjoy being with him. We both enjoy doing opposite thing ex: I enjoy doing yard work and he does the cleaning inside of the house. He is a better cook than me, but I am better at cleaning the kitchen than he is. So he cooks, & I will clean up.
