What is one skill or talent you wish you had?

I too wish I could sing. I have sang karaoke a million times and have been told on a few occasions I have a very nice voice, but I am aware of my mess-ups too. Staying on key throughout an entire song is my hardship. I wish I could train to learn the hard notes and sing a song the entire way through. The songs that I used to sing and do fairly well with are "Girls Just Want to Have Fun" and "Me and Bobby Mcgee."

Well Angelwritier, I wish I could multi-task. I really can't talk and act at the same time. If I am in a store, speaking with the cashier, I will write out a check and put it away in my purse or I will drop my keys into some lost pocket and forget where I put them. I can't drive and talk at the same time either or I drive right past my turn. So if the line is short behind the multi-tasking talent sign, I'd like to head over there.

I have always wished to be able to play the guitar so that I can lead in song sessions. I have taken classes but perhaps I did not put in enough effort to practice, so I am still unable to play it.

I wish I could draw! if i could draw then I would do my dream job which is to be a tattoo artist...but im horrible at drawing, i cant even draw stick figures, lol!

I like music but music simply doesn't like me so I guess I'd like to draw. When I was a kid, I always draw many things... houses, cars, places, mountains, anything but when I grew up I do not became what I want because I can't draw beautiful things that I expect It is. I am not always satisfied with the result. So I gave up.

I'm with you -- I wish I could sing. I can imitate singers, but that's about the extent of my musical ability... well.., that and chopsticks.

I've always wanted to learn how to play the piano. Maybe one day when life settles down and the kids are out of the house and I retire, I can get to this! Nice topic!

I'm a singer. My mother says I don't appreciate my voice, because I don't talk about it enough. A skill I wish I had was the talent for marketing myself succesfully, and making good money out of my talent.

Tell me about it.. i soo wish i could sing.. like my friends always tell me i look like i can sing but i can't hhehhe dammit that's one thing i really wish i could do! :(

Well, you wish you could sing ... and you probably can. I didn't think I could. But, I do ok. I wish I could sing BETTER. That would be nice. Then I could simply surround myself with awesome musicians, find a good promoter and earn more money than I could spend doing something fun. I'll bet you can sing better than you think though.
