I would prefer life at hard labor, but that is now considered cruel and unusual

Hard labor would be a deterrent. Maybe that would cut down on the recitivism rate where people don't want to return to prison.

Humans make to many misteaks so we should just incarcerate until found innocent or the criminals demise naturally

I am against capital punishment. I believe that dangerous people need to be kept away from society, but it is not our place to take a life.

yes, i believe in some cases!! the more gruesome the criminal offence the more gruesome the punish ment should be. however i did not say capital punishment to every crime!!!!

it depends on the crime and if they can totally prove they did the crime.
