Wow! thats sound cool that you are talking your friend here in mylot in offline! how I wish I have found a good friend here too.Yes I do agree with you that friend is very important and brilliant to me.

I just love reading about friends from here that get together off line. It's too cool and yes it shows that even though we appear to be nothing more than text on a website, we are real people capable of making some real special bonds. I think when members make trips to other’s state for a day to meet one another, is the coolest. I love seeing their photos of their visit. I have not done this yet though there are few people here I am sure I would have a blast with. Who knows maybe one day you guys will be reading my post about my contact with someone here :o)

I talked to kitchenwitchoftupper last week. My husband was a bit freaked out that I gave an internet friend my phone number! It was nice to talk person to person.

I agree. Friends are very important. I feel closer to some of my online friends, than I do the ones I've met in person. lol It's just amazing, how close I feel to some of you. I think we need to someday have a mylot convention. If only I can scrape up the money to go. lol

My two friends did not afraid to give me their phone number, so I talk with them each week end. I call them first and we talk. It increased our vocabulary and talking skills with foreign friends. We discuss each others well being and about general discussions. We really enjoy it. I wanted phone number to some of my best friends but they are not giving because their husband was not allowed to give phone number. I always talk with foreign friend. I talk now with two friends one is from China and one from USA. I agree talking with overseas friends are more funny than its costs in money...lol

That's reall nice that you guys got to talk. You got to hear Gissi in real life! ha..how neat:) I've made several really good friends by meeting them online. It's surprising what a bond people can form just by chatting online. Friendship is very important and I agree with you 100%.

Friends are important especially if you both get along. I am glad that I can talk to my best friend in Hawaii anytime because we both are using the same cellphone service provider so our calls are free. I have yet to make closer relations with anyone on here but feel close to a few friends even if it is just chatting on mylot :)

Omigosh, how fun. Gabs is the sweetest person. I bet her accent is beautiful. I am so jealous that you actually heard Gissi. I am not going to tell my girls (dogs) as they will be jealous too. I think they have a crush on Gissi.

oh! i'm so glad to hear that..that friends we made in here are now becoming our close friends in real life..it would be great if we see our friends in here too..but i know its quite impossible for me to do it because i live from other part of the world..but if its possible i wish to see all of my good friends in here..and you know your one of them..

Friends can be anyone anywhere if you two have similar interst or topic. No matter how, people needs sharing their experience to others, get advice and agreement. We do not life in the world ourselves.

yes, i definitely agree that friends are important in life... i'm glad that you have managed to make friend here and build a relationship... too bad, i haven't been able to do that yet... :-) but i hope one day i will and i can find a good friend from here... take care...

Hehe, that sounds like a lot of fun. I have three mylot friends I have talked to on the phone now I think. It's great to get to hear your friends' voices, especially after you've known them online for a long time. And accents are always fun things to discover. I keep teasing a particular friend of mine that he sounds like a hick. *giggles*
