I've always taken them religeously (daily), where as my sister takes them once or twice a week, and she's gotten sick [caught cold, fevers, flus, etc] considerable more than me. What do you think?

My husband aand I are trying to get pregnant, so I have been taking prenatal vitamins religiously for several months now. I used to get sick very easily, but now I hardly ever get sick. I'm a believer in taking vitamins now.:)

Flight you better keep taking them! I don't want you sick! Plus make sure to take a good amount of calcium with vitamin D. Also iron (but don't over do it)so blood and cells are healthier in your case. Make sure HE takes more of vitamin A B and E for sperm health.

Severe allergic reactions (rash; hives; itching; difficulty breathing; tightness in the chest; swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue), are some multivitamin side effects. I personally have been affected by this aspect of taking multivitamin, as i was very week, when i was affected by Severe urinary infection. The Anti climax of the infection i had is, the urinary infection lasted for nearly one month, but the Overdosage of Multivitamins that i have had during these days, have caused lots of boils, erupting in my face and shoulders..and this went for nearly three months.. and such is the effect of Multivitamin supplements. One must try to have all these vitamin ingredients by natural intakes, such as fresh vegetables, fruits..etc..

Hi there what's up buddy? Well, Multivitamins Supplements really help to help us to have a strong stamina, strong body defense against bad bacteria or something like that. However, there are some people who doesn't like to take those supplements, coz it can make them feel sleepy everytime and make them feel like eating more than their usual. Have a nice day ahead and happy posting and earning here in myLot. Godspeed, Kiko

I take multivitamins daily, along with extra vitamins to help keep me healthy. I still get sick occasionally, but I generally think that I feel better than I did when I didn't take vitamins regularly.

I took them often after I got sick with a weakened heart. I recovered in time which was great. I always tell people to approach illnesses from the nutritional side, even if I describe pharmaceutical solutions.

I don't take vitamins, I have not had a cold im maybe 2 or 3 years. I eat fruits and veggies, not too much junk food. I think vitamins are nice, but if you eat a healthy, varied diet, that you don't really need them.
