I started off drinking Mother's milk. It was unpasturised and always warmed just right. Then I switched to Goats milk. It also was unpasturised and naturally Homoginized (which means that the cream does not rise to the top). I loved the Goats milk bacause it was rich and creamy. Sheeps milk is available in some stores also. I've yet to try Horses Milk. Its a Staple in some Asian Countries. When my wife was lactating, baby couldn't take it all, and she usually smelled of Sour Milk.

My favorite is skim cow's milk, but my mother thinks it is too watery so we compromise and get 1% milk so it doesn't go to waste, as we will both drink that kind.

Hello lilybug,
I was raised on cow milk, fresh from the cow. Non of the pasteurized, homongenized stuff. Now I can't drink regular milk. I love the taste of it, but it makes me so uncomfortable that I choose not to drink it any longer.
I was fortunate enough the stumble upon a product called "Rice Dream". It takes a little getting used to but it is the best milk substitute that I have ever found.
Because of the health benefits of soy, I tried to drink soy milk. Big mistake, I'm allergic to soy. What a bummer!! Luckily I like Rice Dream or I would not have any type of milk available to me. The original rice dream is my favorite.
Happy posting..
