Have you ever been Hypnotized?

I was hypnotized once due to a car accident where the man hit and run. I felt like I was in a trance. I didn't like the feeling.

I went to a hypnotist in my early twenties in an attempt to stop smoking. The chappy explained to me that in order for me to stop he needed to find the reason why I smoked...otherwise I would just take up another bad habit in place of the smoking. We talked for a while , I forget what about the he put me in a trance and regressed me to around my first day of school. I remember my voice sounding like it was coming from far, far away and I was speaking to my big sister. I was close to tears and very frightened. I remembered that they (my 2 sisters and a coupler of their friends) had been threatening me with punishment if I did anything wrong. I was very scared. When the hypnotist "woke me" I was still frightened and shaking. I almost ran away from him...I didn't go back and I continued to smoke.

Yes, all I remember is that it was very relaxing, I could still hear what was going on around me and I could think..Its like my body and mind was in total relaxation..
