What is it about sunsets?

Ever since i was kid, sunset especially by the shore never cease to amaze me. It's always a different sunset i see every time. When i grew up, most lovers young and old would have their date by the boulevard during sunsets. Most Cafe shops that earns a lot are those that are in areas where there's good view of the sunset. There are also hotels with balcony facing the sunsets by the bay.
When i planned for my own house, i have a picture of glass one by the shore facing the sunset.
When my friends went on vacation, later did we realized that we had commonly taken pictures of sunsets.
So what is it with sunsets then? What's so special about it? do you also love sunset by the bay?

When I lived in California I certainly saw some amazing sunsets, that's a fact. And I've noticed a lot of people photograph them. Of course photos just don't capture the expansive majesty of the living painted sky, but still they're beautiful to look at.
I love the sky in all it's aspects, especially with a storm brewing. It seems somehow significant to me though, that a bright sunny sky is the one I find the least interesting. I'd rather go sit in the shade and let the trees enjoy that sky while I enjoy their canopy

Hehehe. Well, you wouldn't be in my shoes then, cause I never wear them when I climb a tree!
Funny. Climbing trees was my passion as a child. Every day if you wanted to find me you would most often find me in a tree.

i love sunrise as well as sunset a lot.sunset near a beach is awsome.i love it a lot.i definately dnt have much wrds to express my feeling for sunset.u r true,every time we see it looks like different.its so beautiful,it makes me feel like world is so beuatiful if we wanna live it beutifully n whole heartedly.the diiferent colours denotes different meaning to me

Sunsets offer a challenge to photograph. How can you capture all the colors and each sunset is unique. Oneday it could be a bright orange and the next you get purples and reds. You never know or it could be just a plane here is the sun and there it goes.

i'm not sure if somebody on earth has made it a passion to shoot every sunset in almost every part of the world 365 days a year :-) that would be cool don't you think? i would never tire watching them... thanks for dropping by

Hi & Hello, bong_domingo.
Sunset is the indicator of the transition period of changing ambiance temperature to that particular area and directly change the human and all living things behavior for one's life activity.
It is very special as it create the natural alert system to humankind to enhance their spiritual life as day time gone by where at day time human have complicated their life towards problem creations. Whereas at this point of time, is a recess period to face night time.
I love to enjoy sunset by the bay, very much.

Yep! I do ever since I was a kid too. We used to live near the sea (in lower calarian) 20 years ago. Ans almost every morning, my father used to bring me by the shore at around 5 pm. He was assigned then in Southcom. I love to see the sunset there... I even stare at it so much that I could see the Sun with greenish spot dancing in it! Whew! I could still remember those? :D

I also have this "thing" with sunsets. Back when I was still in high school, I mostly go home around 5 to 6 pm. The school I graduated from is far from town and is near the sea. I always go home on a jeepney with my friends, just enjoying the ride with the ocean's breeze, a gentle sky and a lovely sunset. Miss the old days. ",

Yes, I also like sunset. Its a lovely seen. I think it is one of most beautiful natural seenary. I never miss sunset when I went to beach at evening.

I love sunsets. I like the way the sun reflects the colors surrounding the world... from orange to red. I like the image of the sun, as the bay (manila bay) eats the whole of it. :)

I love sunsets too. My profile picture can attest to that, lol. :) I don't know why but it somehow creates a pretty romantic atmosphere. Or at times, it gives off a feeling of serenity. It's also great to take pictures of; I actually have a number of sunset pictures, especially at the beach. The sky looks amazing at sunset, especially when there are all these pretty colors in the sky.

What makes sunsets so amazing to me is the wonderful colors. Sunrise and sunset are the only 2 times a day where the sky is a beautiful assortment of colors. And it lasts for such a short time.
You can't help but be in awe when you see it.

Sun rise and sunset means there is no rain or storm. hehehehe. Because you can see the sun RISE and the sun SET. hehehe.
It is just simply saying to us that nature is beautiful. That is what GOd has made for us. It gives happiness to us. It gives more love towards to our love ones or to our enemy too. It gives also life and hope.

i love sunsets and sun rise to watch the sun sets alon the shore is a romantic moment for me and it is a good time to share that remarkablr view along the beach wi th our someone special. i presume no one hates sunsets everybody loves it specially to those who are sentimentals like me.

yaa i also loves to see sunset while itting on beach . it will crate a very big mivemnt for u becaause u can all the sun in the water. so it very nice to see it.
