quiting

it's my 5th day of quiting smoking....Every body say that it is hard to quit and end up by making it worst...well, it's not hard as they think, just pocus and just say no and thats it....

That's great spirit. Keep it up. Remember one thing though, the relapse of the habit does not take till a month or so. So it is usually easy to quit for a month or so, after the habit tries to return with a vengeance. That's when you need to guard yourself against. Also, try and remain as cheerful and stress free during the initial three months. Often when people get stressful, they turn back to smoke. If you can guard yourself during these tentative moments you would definitely kick the habit goodbye for good. Cheers! Ram

It is hard to quit and is good on yah you just have started for 5 days keep it up goodluck!

Gongrats. It seems you possess lot of will power(selfstrength). Keep it up. I do not know how old are you, However,quiting smoking is very good for health. But remeber that it is only your 5th day and never bend to any kind of urge or pressure from your friends circle. Why I am saying this is because it is both these two things which will make one to oblige.Stick to your selfstrength and show to others,that even others can quit if they strongly think so.
