Is your turkey in the oven yet?

My turkey will not be going into the roaster until Saturday morning. We are having Thanksgiving dinner on Saturday around 3pm. More people will be her eon Saturday than would have been here today, so we switched days.

Im sure its in the oven we are going over about 2:00 and we will be eating around 4or 5. You know how it is trying to get everything out all at once on the table.LOL

Mine isn't in the oven yet. It's a little unusual because I usually have to get up early to get it in so we can eat around noon or right after, but this year we're not eating until around 5 PM. It's not a big turkey (14 pounds) since there will only be 4 people here, so it won't take long to roast. I'm hungry for it already though... how am I going to make it until 5 o'clock??

we're all eating at my parents' in about an hour so I assume the turkey's almost done cooking. I won't be eating any (I'm vegetarian) but I'll be eating lots of yummy side dishes. Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family luvstochat! I live in Canada so we have already had our Thanksgiving in the beginning of October, so to answer your question no my turkey isn't in the oven. If it were it would be seriously overdone lol! I will be ready for turkey again come Christmas though! PurpleTeddyBear.
