Candy Canes

I got a survey last week...well it was a Christmas thing where you answered the questions and sent it on and others returned it to you so you could see their response. One of the questions was do you like candy canes. Everyone I got back said "no". They did like them to use for stirring hot chocolate or hot chocolate with snapps in it but no one really like to just eat a candy cane! Do you like candy canes?

I love candycanes. I've never used them as a stirring tool, which I now think is a rather interesting concept. I prefer eating them plain because it's just something I've done all my life. Now, however, since I've heard about people using them to stir drinks, I may have to consider trying that sometime.

I have never heard of using them as a stirring tool either but I agree thats a neat idea. I bet people would like that in their coffee or cappucino or hot chocolate. I think mint anything is my least favorite so I really cant imagine stirring candy canes into my drinks. that would be a really cute idea though around Christmas time when my kids ask me for hot cocoa to put a candy cane in it. I will have to remember that for next year.

I like candy canes they come in so many differnet flavors now you can get anything from original to tropical flavored candy canes. I like to suck on them becaue I love the taste of mint or peppermint.

I do like candy canes, although I don't like to eat more than one at a sitting. These days there are so many different types of candy canes, that it is hard NOT to like them. Of course the red and white are the traditional, and yummy, but decorative. But I also like the Sweet Tart candy canes, and other flavors companies have come up with.

i don't eat candy canes because i don't like its kind of sweetness. its kind of bittersweet for me and i don't like it. ^__^;; i still buy some though. for the children. ^__^

I like candy canes. I have to admit that I dont eat the very often though. I usually hang them on my tree every year. I've never tried stirring my hot chocolate with a candy cane. I think I will give it a try.

Not to just suck on the candy cane, but only cause I am not a fan of peppermint. Give me the other flavored ones and I like those. But I do like to bake with candy canes. ANd yes, stir tea with them and use as decoration.

No I don't like candy canes. To me they taste like mints and I don't like mints.I do have a candy cane that has a red nose and anthers that I put on the tree each year.

Now that you mention it I can't say that I do. I like to decorate with them but I don't reember the last time I actually ate one and the thought of it doesn't sound very appealing at the moment.

I like candy canes, and I like to stir my coffee and hot chocolate with them, and I have just found candy cane stripped hershey kisses, they are soooooo goood. lol And I would hang them on my tree but once my dog figured out what they were I'm afraid she would help herself to them.

I guess I dont really care for them anymore. Years ago I loved them but anymore I dont really like hard candy. I just like chocolate mostly. I think the older I got the more I liked chocolate. I wonder if thats like something most kids do love any candy then develop a love of chocolate the older they get. Tonight I went to a family party and for a present I got chocolate covered pretzels they were so delicious.
