Life- Is It Worth Living?

I am interested to know as to what makes people keep going, and keep ticking. What makes people live every day, and not just think that life is not worth living. Do you believe that life is worth living? I personally do believe so. Even though my life has been filled with so many ups and downs along the way, it does not change the fact that over all, it is still a great one. So my answer to you mylotters is- what makes you live, why do you live, and why is living worth living?

Life must be worth living otherwise I wouldn't still be alive! The ups and downs in life keep things interesting and there is so much I have to learn before I kick the bucket. When times get really tough and I start thinking about what is important in life my family is the first to pop into mind.

That is true. Who would want to live if their life was not worth anything?

oh definitely... for me, life is definitely worth living... first of all, it is God who gives me life... so i have to be grateful, appreciate it and life it to the fullest for His glory... secondly, God gives me a great hubby and family who love and care about me a lot... thirdly, me and my hubby have a job that can keep us going everyday... lastly and most importantly, God gives us health... it is such a blessing to be healthy... with all of these blessings that God has given to me, life is definitely worth living and there is not a single day that i didn't say thank you to Him... God Bless you...

Life is worth living and we should live life to the fullest. Life is given by God and we should be grateful that we are given this chance to see the world. There are many people who are dying and yet they still want to live. They do everything spending whatever just to live. If we die, we can no longer come back and so we should do our best to do good and be happy while we are still alive.

Probably the thing that keeps me ticking is the rush I feel everyday from small things. And the love for money, power and knowledge. But there are so many things worth living ,you couldn't fit them all in this website.

What keeps me happy and full of energy with the love to live are my kids and now grandkids. I've produced three daughter's who give me a great sense of what life is all about. They are grown now but still feel the need to know them, converse with them and see them on a regular basis. By no means do I attempt to take over their lives and tell them what to do as they are adults but enjoy still watching their movements, the way they speak and how they handle life in general. Forgot to mention the husband...lol That could get me into trouble! Been married many years and we have a good relationship and understanding. I also enjoy working away from the house on a regular basis and working on crafts when I am home. All of the above are very important to my lifestyle and why I am here. I'm happy and content and that's half the battle. Life is worth living.

People keep going because they have no choice in the matter, we are born by no reason of our own and we live until it is our time to die.Life is a journey and we face many ups and many downs.I enjoy living my life, i am happy and not depressed whatsoever.i have family, friends, desires , hopes and dreams, these are the thing that keep a person going...

One of my reasons for living! - my granddaughter
For a long time I didn't feel my life was worth living and actually tried to end it more than once in recent years. It took a lot of love and understanding from my family before I realized that my life is what I make it and I am making it worth living by being closer to my family and enjoying them more than ever before. When I start feeling down I just start thinking about my kids....who are adults and my grandkids and they make it all worthwhile.

i believe life is worth living, as i don't have anything worth living for except life. where there is a reason to live or purpose why i wake up every morning, then life will always be worth living. so what is it that makes me say so? i want to have kids. but before that, i have to partner with a woman. i would like to see my kids grow up a good persons. i would like to present that there are still many good things and people around us, despite the crimes being reported. i would like to present myself and my family to be.

Of course life is worth living. There is no question about it. Ones have fought before and won. Why one fought before if one have to give up right now? Hmmmm...??? Usually people forget that they were once a fighter and a winner. They were only one tiny spermatozoa fighting among millions in their mother's womb and won. Winning is already in everybody's blood. That is a God given talent. One just need to keep oneself busy to rediscover their forgotten talent. :D
