Time For A Change!

Yes, It's me Heavenschild and I feel the need for a change! I thought I would start with a fresh new avatar as I have had my flower garden since day one and to me it has grown very old!!! The Dove symbolizes what I want for 2008 in my life...To soar to a better place and chapter in my life
I turn thirty tomorrow and I have been doing a lot of contemplating over my life this last little while and feel a need for a new start....With age brings wisdom, I hope, and a better life as I have not been happy with mine for a couple of years now....
A new outlook for this year will make a difference for me!
So, have you taken the time to contemplate your life so far?
Are you truly happy in every area?
How was 2007 for you?
What changes if any would you like to implement in hopes of a better year?

Hi heavenschild I do like your new avatar alot. Its very peaceful and relaxing. I hope you had a Happy Birthday!I really hope this year is better for you. Think positive and it will be!Im glad to see 2007 go it had some good moments and some bad. I do agree its time for some good changes. Hugs!

My day went O.K only I did not really celebrate as I had to work today at the Job that I want to get out of!

wow i like you avatar it a kind of freedom & peace will be there, hope this year will grown the word of god, stop the war. and Happy happy Birthday wish you more candles to blow & have more birthday to come. last year its a very nice year for me bacause we recive a specialy gift from our almighty GOD our daugher.

Happy Birthday to you!!
I'm happy with my life! I really don't think I would change anything right now. I think things happen for us to learn from and I'm sure I could name a ton of things that I wish would have not happened in 2007 but at least I learned from them. But I'm really happy with my life right now and with my husband and my son. I just hope and wish for us to stay happy and healthy.

I am happy with my Husband and my beautiful son...It is mainly my Job that I need to get out of and the crumby apartment we live in that we must get out of! These two circumstances have brought me to a place where I feel like I have fallen into a rut!!
I simply am not where I envisioned myself at this point in my life...I was so much happier five years ago!!

I love your avatar, I have a yuwie friend whose profile has a dove with the blue color like this and I think hers is one of the best looking profiles there.
As for what am I looking forward to in 2008? Completion.. Don't know exactly what, but the number 8 means complete, so I am looking forward to something being finished..:)

its always nice to have a good new avatar. I also thought of changing mine but have not done so as I feel again comfortable with my older one.2007 was not good for me. Now i can't see any silverlining in the sky.

So sorry to hear that 2007 was not a god year for you but I do believe that there there is light at the end of the tunnel in time....

Please don't say it's so! I hate the word change, well today I can laugh and shake it off. I'm not very good with the word, I had rather say the same how lovely that would.

Hi heavenschild,
First of all, Happy Birthday! Thirty isn't old at all, from where I'm sitting, although I can remember being upset by this milestone, at the time.:) I love your new avatar, and understand why you chose this one. I'm sorry to hear of your unhappiness, and pray that there are some positive changes for you, just around the corner.
I always take time to contemplate my life, especially at the beginning of a new year. I must say, "No, I'm not happy in every area." Last year had it's blessings, but in a number of areas, it left a lot to be desired, for me. There are too many changes, I'd like to make, to list them all here. A couple come to mind, straightaway. I truly desire to improve the circumstances of our lives, financially, for my daughter and myself. Along these lines, I want to find 'the courage' to launch out in a new direction, that will 'hopefully' involve my doing some writing.

You are very welcome, for the support, and the e-card:) I'll continue to pray, that the two things you've mentioned come to pass, and in the earlier part of the year, if possible. I don't think you've thrown 30 years away, but then at the same time, I can understand your frustrations. I can also relate to your saying, that five years ago things were good for you. I feel the same way about 1989, in my life.;)

Yes, I have been very unhappy for a long time about my Job and the crumby apartment that we live in...If these two things could change then I think I would beable to have a better outlook on life!
I'm just not where I thought I would be at this point in my life...It is almost as if I have thrown thirty years away and what a waste that would be!! This is my year of redemption...It must be! I need to find true happiness again like I had at twenty-five... that was a good year!!

Well I for one love your new avatar heavenchild and I have to say I think it suits you and your aims for 2008! As for me aI think I am as happy as I can be for the moment and my main aim is to get better and more mobile over the year and to be able to do more with the kids and get back to work! I hope you achieve all you wish for this year sweetheart! xxx
