I know this goes out to women but i know now that some men are having their brows done. I do pluck my brows and the first time i did it, it hurts a lot! c",) I admire people's nice brows specially if it's natural. Now do you guys shape your brows yourself or have it done?If you do, which do you prefer, to have it plucked, shaved or waxed? lol c",) Happy new year!!

If you are scared about waxing of your eyebrows, take a dark pencil and mark the eyebrow on how you want it done. Make sure to go over the hair itself as well. It will give you a good outline as well. Another thing when putting the wax on (the stuff that sticks and only way its going to come off is to pull the hair with it) use a little popsicle stick so you have more control. Once you place the strip on pull the skin a little tight rip so that you don;t flig it back towards the brow. (I find the best way is for me to pull on the outside of the eye area and move inwards and up. If you are using something like a sugar wax. You take a warm cloth and it comes off pretty easily. Not all wax is good for certain areas and I have found some waxes don;t even work at all. Gotta be careful in that way as well. Thank you for your comment. :)

I sincerely think that outer beauty is not a concern at all. Infact it is the inner beauty that is going to win you hearts. Bet on it. Behave well and win hearts.

I pluck mine and on occasion get it done properly when I get my nails done from time to time. Sometimes I overpluck and then let them grow out again and then start all over LOL sometimes I get lazy and forget to do it myself.

I occasionally tweeze a stray hair or two in the center or sticking out oddly from my natural brow line; but otherwise I leave them natural. Personally I think overly shaped eye brows give the face a weird look.

I pluck mine. I learned how to pluck way back in college. Anyways, I just have to get the bushy portion of my brows. :D I have tried threading just recently (it's like a multiple-plucking-thing). I cried. But then I guess the experience is worth. :D

hi mycharmm! ^__^ i do shape my eyebrows. the first time i shaped it was back during high school. :p well, it wasn't my doing. i wasn't really the one who first shaped them. it was the gay in the parlor. LOL i went to a parlor before going to my JS prom. ^__^;; one of my friends said i looked like a snob because of my "new" eyebrows. after that, i let it grew a little and then started plucking shaping it the way i like. ^__^ and yes, it hurts when i pluck. it still hurts. but that's only during the start, after a few plucks, you'll get used with the sensation. ^__^

Oh..well your way is better i guess.. I started shaping mine in college. I always thought that my eyebrows were fine, until a friend told me to try shaping it a little because it's a little bushy.lol and then i tried plucking and really! it hurts! but likeyou said i got used to it. That's why i check it daily so would only have to pluck 1 or two. c",)

When I was younger I used to pluck my eyebrows, just to keep them a nice shape, but I haven't done it for years - I find I don't have to because my eyebrows have stayed a nice shape.

I leave my eyebrows just the way they are. Thick eyebrows are common in my family. It is one of the only ways that I favor some of the members of my family. If it were not for this, I would look totally adopted, LOL.

I used to leave it as it is but as I matured i have leanred to maintain it and to look more clean and proper for a woman like me. I hate doing it before but it was a matter of habit and then now its a lifestyle.

I don't do much of anything to my eyebrows. I don't really care enough. Once in a while if I see a stray eyebrow or something I will pluck it, but I don't go to all the effort. It's just not something I think I should have to spend money on.

Hi,there! Well, usually I don't shape my eye brows and I just like leaving it natural:) Maybe that's because I'm also somehow lazy to spend the time on them.LOL! However, when sometimes I couldn't stand the shape, then I'll shape them so that they look better.I never pluck them,I just shave those which are not in order. Thanks for the discussion and have a nice day! Happy New Year to all my mylot friends^_^

hello fanji c",) shaving is more convenient and less fuzz, but it grows back easily so for me plucking works best..lol! but whatever is comfortable with you is ok, right? You take care and thanks for dropping by your nice words here ***smiles***

My brows become really messy if I don't take care of it. I don't shape it, but I take out the ones that grow where I don't want them to.

I shape my eye brows a few times a month! I can't afford to have it done so I do it myself. It works for me.

I shape my eyebrows once a week by shaving them. Though I do not have bushy eyebrows, I just shave the few tiny extra hairs for shaping. I do not like to pluck because it is too painful for me. So, shaving works best for me. Happy new year to you too mycharm88!

I do plucked my eyebrows since I entered in the world of entertainment I'm a dance teacher and I have to be presentable and be good looking infront of my clients and one way of them is to create a good looking face so since then I manage to pluck my eyebrows but before I like it natural bcoz they told me that it is nice having thick eyebrows.

i do shape my eyebrows and i do the plucking personally. I have a thin eyebrows so i have to pluck only quite a few hairs, the ones i call stray hairs. I'm very careful not to over do it because one time i looked like a snub for having had a super raised and sharp shape. And so it won't be painful i put a little lotion on the area before plucking or i pluck after i've taken a bath.

I don't shape my eyebrows often but when I feel like clearing the stray hairs, I use a tweezer. I prefer having it plucked since it takes a longer time to grow back. Prior to plucking, I have my brows threaded. I pluck every time just to maintain the shape.

I consider myself a pretty lucky person in the eyebrow department! I dont have a need to pluck mine other than an occassional crazy hair every few months. They have a great arch and arent bushy at all. People ask me all the time if a wax them and where I get them done if soo...I think they hate me a bit when I tell them I havent ever had to pluck more than two hairs every 5 months or soo! :)
