As you mylot late in the night what tells you enough is enough

It's rarely that I myLot late into the night...but when I do, my little one makes sure to let me know that enough is enough...or else I would continue through the night..lol I get so engrossed on myLot that I don't feel tired or sleepy. Even the fact that I have to be up early to get the older one ready for school doesn't get me to stop myLot. Btw...myLotting into the night happens only when my husband is out of town.

I have a time target that I always stick to, that I don't go past the 2am shut off zone! I do try to get to bed earlier, but I just toss and turn so I think why waste the time when I could be Mylotting or doing my other little businesses on line like promotion! But I usually shut up Mylot by 2am. I work better at night than in the morning.

Oh that is a very easy one for me to answer, because it happens to me every night. Whenever I start getting annoyed by the topics and responses in my e-mail box and deleting them real fast, then I know that I have had enough and it is time for me to go to bed, LoL.
