MyLot Friends Returning?

As you may have noticed, I like to keep my Friends list short. Ideally I like to keep it to 30 friends so I can really concentrate on their discussions and get to know them better. So if a Friend stops posting for 3 or 4 months, I will usually delete them. Yes, I feel bad about it but I assume if they are gone for that long without posting a reason why then they are probably done with MyLot. Now I am seeing that Friends who have been "missing" for a while are coming back. I'm glad to see them back at MyLot!
Do you think people miss MyLot after a few months? Have you ever left MyLot for a long time and then came back?

I have lots of friends in my friend list and I've noticed that most of them have not logged on in months. But everytime I think of deleting them, I remember my own case.
I had a baby a year back and I wasn't on myLot for 9 months. And now I am back. So, I assume others might have other things to do with their lives and they might return later. So, I just keep them on my list and wait for them to get back (if they ever do).
I must admit, though, that I do not like too many friends on my friend list and really mean to organize it one of these days.

Hmmm.. that is a good point, sviswan. But I would assume your Freinds knew you were expecting a baby and wouldn't be on much for a while after that? I would not delete a Friend if I knew they would be coming back.
Anyway, 9 months is a long time...glad you came back!

Well...the truth is I left myLot a month or two after I joined and not many people knew I left because I had a baby (though I did start discussions on November babies). I was on for a month after the baby was born but I stopped suddenly because I had to move to a different state and I didn't have access to the internet. Now I do and I am back in full swing..lol And yes, 9 months is a long time and people on the net can forget you pretty quickly.

Hey my friend oh yes they always seem to return. I do miss some of my friends that arent here anymore. They were on here when I first started mylot which was over a year ago now. I havent seen any of my friends come back. I just keep the faith and hope to see them again.

I pop in every now and again. Many of the old friends I had have become inactive. Some do return and surprise me when they do. I miss the days when I first came to MyLot. The place was always buzzing with activity.

i left mylot for a few months. it was just slow and there were no good post going on. and i found Yuwie, which i still love and recommend for everyone. there are great people there and i am so into making free money doing what i love to do. how ever, mylot is and always will be my first true online love. so i think i am going to be around as long as mylot let's me.

I missed you when you were gone, 34momma. But I knew you'd be back!
By the way, I don't know if you realize this or not but you were my VERY FIRST Mylot friend when I joined last January!

I don't start discussions on mylot much anymore, but I do try to get on at least a couple of times a week to participate.
I do try to respond to my friends discussions that I have come directly to my email (that would be you:))
I think that with all the other gpt sites ect, my time is getting less and less to spend on here.

I like this place because it can let me earn free money,but i spend a little time here ,so my friend list is short.i think the friend circle is very enrich here,so we don't afraid of we have't friends.
