are u fit

Normally everybody thinks they are fit but it is not so....unless you conform that by checking your body .... but it is not needed here just do some exercises that i mentioned below to check whether you are fit or not........ HEART CHECKING: for checking whether your heart is healthy or no there is an example..... first climb up in a stool of nearly 16 inch in height.... (if your height is less than 5'3 then take chair height as 14 inches........ Now step on in the chair with your right leg first and then your left leg ...... get down from the chair by keeping your left leg down first and then your right leg....... continue doing this for nearly 5 minutes .... and now it is the time to check your heart TAKE REST FOR 1 MINUTE AFTER DOING THIS AND CHECK YOUR PULSE FOR 30 SECONDS if you are unable to complete the 5 min. you are getting old IF PULSE RATE IS BELOW 30 YOUR HEART IS VERY HEALTHY IF PULSE RATE IS BETWEEN 35-45 IT IS NORMAL IF PULSE RATE IS BETWEEN 50-75 IT NEED TO IMPROVE IF PULSE RATE IS MORE THAN 75 YOUR BLOOD IS LOW

I don't need to take that test to know I'm fit. I have to stay in shape because of my job, wildland firefighter. I walk at least 2 miles a day, and not a slow pace. I also do strength training exercises at least 3 times a week. Not bad for someone turning 48 today! lol

well i definitely know that i am not fit cos i honestly never do any excercise on purpose but i work so i guess that counts as excercise without knwoing it lol.. but im not fat at all in fact im tall n thin so that works out well for me. but soon me n my friend are going to join a gym so thats pretty exciting. thanks for ur tips btw i might try them out tomorrow morning when im more awake lol =P
