Transported in to your favorite show...

I was just watching Pleasentville, a good movie about two kids who get transported into one of their favorite shows (while, it's his favorite show, not her's). They are transported and take the place of two of the lead characters but everything else is just like the show.
If you could be transported into any TV show (past or present) what would it be? And what character would you want to play?
This isn't my Favorite show, but I'd love to be in I Dream of Genie just so I could be Genie :) There are a lot of shows I wouldn't mind popping into now and then, but none of them have the Magic of Genie! How about you?

Oh-I would definitely love to be in Northern Exposure and be almost anyone. But probably Maggie or Ruth.
I would also like to be in the Gilmore Girls and be anyone of the fabulous characters-although I identify the most with Lorilei-especially if I could bring in my teenage daughter to be Rory.
I would love to be Willow in Buffy the Vampire Slayer (the later seasons) I would love to be Xena I would love to be Caitlin in Roar. I would love to be Bella in Supernatural. I would love to be anyone from Fame. I would love to be Lauren Holly's cgarcter in NCIS. I would have loved to be friends with Seigmond the Sea Monster, the Bana Splits, or the Doodlebugs from the Electric Company.

Mmmm...the only show that comes to mind was that show Quantum Leap...where the characters did a time travel thing...it would be hilarious at times as the one character would not only be transported back into time but had to be a "character" of that time even if it meant being a woman...We, the audience saw him as the male character he was, but if he looked at himself in a mirror the reflection would be of the person he was supposed to be at that time male or female. Just the whole idea of time travel gets to me...sure wish I could... :)

I'd like to be transported into Sabrina the Teenaged Witch. That would be a fun show I'd think. I Dream Of Genie would also be good...but only if I got to be Aunt Clara hahaha.
